Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) presents challenges in effective treatment due to its heterogeneity and aggressive nature. Recent progress in cancer research has resulted in the emergence of promising therapeutic strategies, notably CAR-T, bispecific antibodies and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). This talk focused on the discussion of the latter ones. Challenges associated with current and upcoming treatment paradigm and the role of these therapies will be discussed. Embracing these innovative approaches holds the potential for transformative advancements in DLBCL treatment and improved patient outcomes.
